POLICY AND PROCEDURE RE: Find Your Rehab CALLS

ORIGINATION DATE: February 24, 2025

PURPOSE

Calls to the Helpline will be answered by admissions representatives of healthcare providers who are paying customers of the Company. While the Company has no direct control over how those providers answer calls, Company will take reasonable efforts to convey and promote the following policy statement.

POLICY

Calls that come in through the Find Your Rehab website shall be answered in a transparent, accurate, and honest manner.

  • Of primary importance is that admissions representatives are completely transparent that they are answering calls as the admissions representative for a healthcare provider, and not as a representative of Find Your Rehab.
  • The healthcare provider is a paying customer of Find Your Rehab, which is why Find Your Rehab is directing calls to the healthcare provider.
  • If the admissions representative receives a call via the Find Your Rehab from an individual who mistakenly believes he/she was calling a different facility, the admissions representative shall be clear as to the identity of his/her employer.
  • If the admissions representative receives a call via the Find Your Rehab from an individual who mistakenly believes he/she was calling Find Your Rehab directly, the admissions representative shall be clear that he/she is not a representative of the directory. An admissions representative in such instance may explain that the call was forwarded to the healthcare provider because it is a paying customer of Find Your Rehab.
  • If the admissions representative receives a call via the Find Your Rehab from an individual who mistakenly believes he/she was calling either a different facility or Find Your Rehab directly (as described in nos. 3 and 4 above), the admissions representative is welcome to explain why the healthcare provider’s facilities are also available options for treatment. However, the admissions representative must be clear from the start as to the identity of his/her employer.
